Returns
If you need to return/exchange an item please contact us for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the date on your invoice.
There will be no refunds/returns on items past 30 days.
All returns for refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee - shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Our limited warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and/or materials. It is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Halters
Halters are not adjustable. Untying of any knots voids the warranty. Please contact us with any size questions.

Clinics
To secure your participation in a clinic, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
If for some reason you are unable to attend and we're able to fill your spot with someone from a waiting list, you may choose to apply your deposit to any future clinics within 1 year or to any products in our store.
